MoneyReveal is designed to analyze bank statement exports locally in your browser. The core product is built to minimize data collection and to avoid sending your financial transaction data to our servers during analysis.
Your bank statement files and transaction data are processed locally on your device in the browser. They are not uploaded to or stored on our servers as part of the normal analysis flow.
We may receive limited personal data when you interact with us in other ways, such as when you contact support by email, make a purchase through Paddle, or visit pages that use basic website analytics.
We do not collect or store the financial transaction data contained in the files you analyze within the MoneyReveal browser app.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle may collect and process personal data such as your name, email address, billing information, country, and payment details in accordance with Paddle’s own privacy practices and legal obligations.
If you contact us by email, we may keep your email address and the information you provide in order to respond to your request, resolve problems, and maintain support records.
We may use minimal cookies or privacy-conscious analytics to understand general website usage, improve the website, and measure performance. These tools are not used to collect your bank transaction data from the app analysis itself.
Where applicable under GDPR, we process personal data on the basis of legitimate interest, contract performance, legal obligation, or your consent, depending on the context in which the data is provided or collected.
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for support, legal, accounting, security, and operational purposes, or as required by law.

Because financial transaction analysis is performed locally in your browser, your sensitive banking data has reduced exposure compared with server-side processing models. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may rely on third-party providers for payments, infrastructure, email, hosting, and analytics. These providers process only the data necessary for their role and under their own terms and policies.
